Wilson Yele Adewole

Wilson is currently the president of the Bonview Group which includes Bonview Consulting and Bonview Mortgage Corporation. He has over 24 years of combined experience in Real estate development, mortgage operations, Project management and Civil Engineering Construction and Design. He was until recently, the president of association of African brokers and Lenders in the Washington DC area with over 18 minority owned companies represented. He founded Bonview Mortgage Corporation with annual sales revenues of over $3.5 million at its peak and average yearly growth of about 60%. He has originated over $700m in mortgage loans over the years. He also co-owned a successful title company that catered to the property registration and recordation. Wilson served as a founding member of JHRAC, a real estate advisory committee.

He has taught at various institutions including the prestigious Lagos Business School where he presented papers on standardization of the Nigerian mortgage Industry. Bonview Consulting was set up to address the need for coordination of efforts in the provision of professional services to the Housing Industry in Nigeria and West Africa region. Collectively, BCG consultants' have over 100 years experience in the Real Estate industry. Before his foray into the mortgage and real estate industry, Wilson had over 12 years of progressive civil engineering consulting and construction inspection experience with various engineering firms. He is skilled and proficient in several disciplines including project design and inspection, problem solving, coordination, supervision, and cost estimation. He has also provided time and cost effective engineering solutions for numerous commercial and public works projects.

He is a regular speaker at the Caleb Crew Youth Ministry, where he teaches young people on building character, integrity and ethics. Wilson is very passionate about small business growth initiatives. Wilson's desire is to help in building capacity and raising standards in the Nigerian Building industry. Wilson has a Masters degree in International Finance from the University of Maryland, University College and a Bachelors in Civil Engineering from the University of Lagos.
