Sir Franklin C. Ojukwu Sr. (Chairman & GMD)
A renowned philanthropist and businessman is the Corporate Chief Executive Officer of Goshen Services Group, NA Inc., a company he founded in 2005 having worked for the Wal-mat Corporations, as a Business Development Executive prior to joining the Department of Homeland Security as a Contract Project Manager on key Facility Management Operations. Within the later part of 1999 until the fall of 2003, Sir Franklin was the Laboratory Operations Manager for Eye Care Centers of America.
Sir Franklin in addition to being a scholar and alumni of University of Port Harcourt holds a Bachelors Degree in Environmental Management from University of Maryland University College and currently an MBA candidate in HBS, MA. He is a member of the Project Management Institute and a knight of the order of Columbus.

Gary Mole (Director)
Gary Mole is an energy entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in the energy industry. In 1991, Gary founded Pinnacle Marketing which was a purchasing company for Sydney Harbor Casino in Sydney, Australia. He went on to form Essential Utilities Energy Corporation ("EUC") – Australia and served as its Managing Director from 1995 to 2001.
In this role, he was responsible for entering into major power agreements with generators such as TXU, Entergy and AEP which represented over 16,000 gigawatts of power. In December, 2001, Gary founded EUC – USA, a company established to explore deregulation in the United States. As CEO, he was responsible for major power agreements with TXU, Reliant, Constellation Texas and New York, Gexa Energy, and Con Ed Solutions. Gary went on to form Glacial Energy which today operates in all deregulated markets.
Wilson Yele Adewole, MIM, E.I.T. (Director)
Wilson is currently the president of the Bonview Group which includes Bonview Consulting and Bonview Mortgage Corporation. He has over 24 years of combined experience in Real estate development, mortgage operations, Project management and Civil Engineering Construction and Design. He was until recently, the president of association of African brokers and Lenders in the Washington DC area with over 18 minority owned companies represented.
He founded Bonview Mortgage Corporation with annual sales revenues of over $3.5 million at its peak and average yearly growth of about 60%. He has originated over $700m in mortgage loans over the years. He also co-owned a successful title company that catered to the property registration and recordation. Wilson served as a founding member of JHRAC, a real estate advisory committee.
He has taught at various institutions including the prestigious Lagos Business School where he presented papers on standardization of the Nigerian mortgage Industry. Bonview Consulting was set up to address the need for coordination of efforts in the provision of professional services to the Housing Industry in Nigeria and West Africa region. Collectively, BCG consultants' have over 100 years experience in the Real Estate industry. Before his foray into the mortgage and real estate industry, Wilson had over 12 years of progressive civil engineering consulting and construction inspection experience with various engineering firms. He is skilled and proficient in several disciplines including project design and inspection, problem solving, coordination, supervision, and cost estimation. He has also provided time and cost effective engineering solutions for numerous commercial and public works projects.
He is a regular speaker at the Caleb Crew Youth Ministry, where he teaches young people on building character, integrity and ethics. Wilson is very passionate about small business growth initiatives. Wilson's desire is to help in building capacity and raising standards in the Nigerian Building industry. Wilson has a Masters degree in International Finance from the University of Maryland, University College and a Bachelors in Civil Engineering from the University of Lagos. Ola Famuyiwa (Director)
Ola Famuyiwa is Chief Executive Officer and founder of Leeds Realty. He has an undergraduate degree in Building and Civil Engineering and an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Maryland, College Park MD.
In 2002, Ola Famuyiwa left North America's largest real estate franchise company (RE/MAX) to start Leeds Realty, Incorporated. He has been in real estate in the Washington Metropolitan area for well over a decade, having previously worked with Long & Foster, Realtors and RE/MAX (U.S.A.).
